"Reminder that registration [for Summer Service Weekend] closes Saturday [9/5/2020].
There are NO automatic transfers of registrations from previous events. You MUST submit a form showing your intent to come the weekend, or you will not be allowed to attend.
This is due to the current limit on attendees. Therefore, we don't want you holding a space that would prevent someone else from attending. We are closely monitoring the numbers to ensure that we are in compliance with Virginia mandates."
